Spindustry proudly announces the acquisition of VSG Marketing

As of January 1st, 2023, VSG Marketing will formally be known as VSG Marketing: A Spindustry Company, adding their skillsets and decades of experience to that of the existing Spindustry team.

Spindustry brings with them 26 years of experience in marketing strategy, custom developed e-commerce websites, along with SharePoint development and training. VSG Marketing, as a marketing technology agency, specializes in the strategic consulting, curation, and development of martech. 

While Spindustry has always, and will continue to, focus on the Microsoft suite of solutions, VSG focuses on technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc. Together we are better able to meet companies where they are and assist them with digital marketing success regardless of the technology stack they wish to utilize. As Spindustry has been targeting the agriculture space in particular for e-commerce, this breadth of technology solutions has shown to be a need and VSG provides a great solution to round out Spindustry’s collective ability to help those clients get online and grow their business.

Both companies are thrilled to add to their tech capabilities while continuing to provide excellence in consulting, creative, digital marketing, and revenue growth strategies for their clients.

In this acquisition, all of VSG’s existing team members will remain in their roles and are not only excited about this new opportunity but are laser-focused on bringing even more value to VSG and Spindustry client partners. 

Founder, Doug Burton, will be transitioning to a Senior Consultant role for the organization.

Alex Devine, current Vice President and 2022 40 under 40 Honoree, will ascend to President of VSG Marketing, leading the charge into a bright future for all parties.
